Of the Five Fortunes, the Rakki is the embodiment of Luck. The favour those who take their own fate into their own hands, gifting and cursing those they see fit. They are unsurprisingly found in proximity to the luck of houses of Jima, chuckling away as fortunes are won and lost on the role of a dice.
