Tactica Shipping Policy
How quickly will my order ship?
We process orders 7 days a week. If your entire order is in stock and placed before 12pm (UK time), we aim to ship it the same day (Mon–Fri).
Orders placed after 12pm may ship the next working day.
Orders made on weekends will be packed, but couriers will collect them on Monday.
If your order includes pre-order or backorder items, we’ll hold the order until all items are available to ship together.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

We partner with leading shipping providers to deliver across the UK, EU, and worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and method selected at checkout.

Do we ship internationally?
Yes - Tactica ships worldwide.
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to:
Brazil, Russia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Belarus, China, Eswatini, or Israel.

Free Shipping
We offer free UK standard shipping on eligible orders over £20.
Some items may not qualify, including:

Bulky products

Hazardous items (e.g., large paint cans)

Age-restricted goods (e.g., hobby knives)
Couriers may also apply surcharges for remote regions - we subsidise these where possible.
Tracking & Delivery
Your tracking number is sent by email after dispatch.
If the tracking isn’t active right away, your parcel may be awaiting collection from our warehouse — this is common for late-day or weekend orders.
You can also view your tracking in your Tactica account under order history.

Depending on your location, some shipping methods may not be available at checkout.
EU Shipping
Yes, we ship to the EU.
Customs duties may apply. Business addresses in the EU may need to provide an EORI number for customs clearance.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

Contact us and we’ll follow up with the carrier

Some carriers require up to 30 days before filing a formal claim
We'll work with you to refund or replace the order if it’s lost.
