Scooping up anything close to hand the Shokk attack gun then tears holes in reality to deliver it's payload through the warp on top of / inside the enemy.  Their favourite ammunition is, of course, a group of snotlings.  The bulky and unwieldy nature of the gun is actually seen as a benefit to the Big Meks who carry them around because as we all know - bigger is better when it comes to Orks.
