Any system of command between Orcs is determined by size and strength - with differences being remedied through the medium of violence. Typically unintelligent and easily fooled, the main strength of an Orc is just that - strength. When coupled with their abaility to take repeated blows to the head without blinking - they can prove to be a valuable comrade in this strange world.
