This Human Ragamuffin is a citizen from the lowest class and will usually reside in alleyways or abandoned factories in groups, all he has in the world is a pair of trousers, a stick and a hatred for anyone wealthier than him. People will usually avoid people like him as they often carry diseases and spread infections, as they have a tendency for scratching and biting.
