There are those with a list of bounties on local criminals as well as tablets with 'Schedulare' on emptying street dumpsters by auto-servants. If communications are cut-off (which happens pretty often in lower parts of underhive), they serve as the most valuable sources of information - if one dares to cross the street to read what's written there.
