Here we have the postmaster for the town, with his noble eagle this Halfling is in control of all letters that go in and out of the town. Although his eagle may be one of the quickest ever recorded, when more than 1 person wants to send a letter this creates a bit of an issue, luckily he has some more eagle eggs growing back at his house to keep up with demand.
