The Kairai are some of the most deadly of troops available to troupemasters - not the biggest or strongest, the Kairai are expert hunters - they have studied for many long years the art of silently stalking their prey before expertly dispatching them with a clean and efficient strike. They are rarely spotted in time to mount an effective defence, and they leave the scene before the enemy can mount any form of counter-attack.
