This is an Elven archer with a hidden face, he lurks in the shadows and no one has ever seen his face, he is a paid assassin that only ever carries 1 arrow per person he has to kill as that is all he ever needs. He is said to live in the tree tops of the dark woods and is a very skilled climber, and will often use high up places, such as trees and rooftops, as vantage points to scope out his targets.
