The LRDG (Long Range Desert Group) acted as guides and transport for the SAS and other Allied forces across the punishing deserts of the North African theatre, facilitating strikes hundreds of miles behind enemy lines. They often added their own firepower to SAS raids as well as completing their own separate missions.
The miniatures in this set can represent either LRDG or Desert-based SAS, or a mix of both.
